This paired very well with a course at Cedarbrook lodge as part of their Thanksgiving dinner. The nose was strawberry with a plum like flavor and a black pepper finish. Visually it was a bit light (Rose) and the spice a bit lighter than I would like on its own. But, it fit extremely well in context.
