This is a relatively new wine to the Torres wine portfolio, highlighting two special sites with old vines. Unless I’m mistaken, this may be the first vintage that was commercially released. Splash decanted prior to service. The 2019 Pago del Cielo pours, a deep ruby/purple color with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears.
