45m air and ate with a honey-ginger pork loin. Definitely recommend drinking this with food and the richer the better! Very pale ruby color. Aromas of strawberry, dirt, gravel and black raspberry. Bright on the palate, with a flinty entry and a spicy finish of great length. Fruit is slightly absent on the palate.
