Expected a bit more after aging for 65 years. Don't think this will improve further in the bottle

So nice. Caramel, light brown color. Smooth, balance, long finish. Very good.

Bottled in 2010 so it was a bit cloudy but there was nothing wrong with the wine. Plenty of acidity and caramel and overall in great balance. Did not seem tired in any way and it was a pleasure to drink! Complex nutty flavors mixed with coffee and vanilla. Lots to love!

Tangy savory spice with higher notes of close and cinnamon. Long finish with anise and licorice on top of muscovado and flan. Quite good but a flat-ish midpalate dominated by sweetness. Consumed over two days. 93-94

I just love this Port. 5 years since last bottle. Its fantastic. Light brown color. Long finish. Outstanding.

Incredibly smooth, perfectly balanced w long and deep flavors (more vanilla/wood like than citrusy). Not sirupy or dense at all, it was truly fantastic from the moment I fearfully opened each of my 2 bottles. The one thing that would get me to rate it higher would be a little higher acidity. Served blind this was a big surprise. Nobody guessed port, most thought of amontillado, to me the nose was more madeira-like. Bright amber to lightly brown colour, was this ever red? Very intense nose, a bit harshly-alcoholic in the beginning then calming down, sweet, raisiny, somewhat maderized and a touch salty. On the palate thick, sweet, concentrated, slightly spicy with raisins, plums, walnuts, toffee. Also a bit too strong first, then getting softer. Very long. Everything fine, except I couldn't …

Slightly cloudy, lighter color. Good acidity but a reticent nose that eventually leads to a light floral note. Where this lacks in the nose, the wine makes up for it on the palate and finish. Good body and a really nice long finish.

Wauww. Sooo young and yet so old. Good complexity and a finish out of this world. This was bottlet in 2003, and when i drank a similar bottle in 2004, i found it even better. I believe you shouldnt keep them for more than 10-15 years after they have met their bottle first time.
