A private dinner (Restaurant Dos Pebrots, Barcelona, Spain) : An Orujo made with lees from the wine estates from René Barbier, 38% ABV. Flowers and aromatic green herbs, crisp and fresh, gentle bitters, silky but energetic, elegant but intense, very subtle yeastiness, very good length.
