Trois Noix, Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Drank over 2 days. Minimal decant time first night. Appearance was clean and clear, light+ gold in the glass. Aroma was good, but not excellent; fruity and delicate, primarily lemon, mild florals (jasmine?), and stone. Flavors were less tropical than bouquet presentation, with a bit more acidic lime, lemongrass, and flower blossom. Minerality was noted, but not overwhelming. Wine was slightly out-of-balance, driven by slight tartness / over-acidity for the level of sweetness (very dry). Mildly bitter, but not overwhelming. …
