Deep purple with fine suspensions Relatively intense and complex nose of ripe blueberries and blackcurrant, peppered beef stock, licorice and violet Relatively high acidity, ripe and fine tannin, subtle spices, bitter finish of medium length The combination of ripe dark fruits and peppery beef complexity makes it an excellent new world Shiraz with a nod to Northern Rhone.
