Gottelmann Münsterer Kapellenberg Riesling Spätlese trocken

Not usually a great fan of Trocken, but this worked well. The spatlese ripeness and flavour giving an off-dry sense on the nose and attack, but a lovely crisp dry finish without being searingly acidic. Beautifully balanced and a lovely summer quaffer or food wine.
