Aroma: ripe black cherries, smoke, red meat, spice, cedar, licorice. Full-bodied, concentrated, structured with excellent acidity and firm, but availabel tannins. Fine grained texture. Excellent balance. Extreme length. Huge, complex and highly concentrated Amarone with a solid back bone! Impressive in every way. If you find a bottle, well, enjoy!

Really old school amarone. Medium colored. In the nose I find Cigarbox, tar, alcohol and Tobacco. In the mouth : Dry from soft but still good tannins. The fruit has been integraded in the wine. Now I find dark chocolate and leather. It's very harmonic. Acids, tannins and fruit have melted into an elegancy eventhough the power has remained. This is how classic amarone taste and should taste. Capo !!!
