Scarborough Virtual Tasting - "The Obsessive" Range; 9/24/2021-10/3/2021 : Single vineyard "Cottage". Lemon, apple and a touch of herb, Plenty of acid on the palate, maybe lacks a little in substance though. Obviously still very young and I think it'll round out nicely but not too much happening right now.
