This may yet be a bit young. Bright aromas and cherry flavors with a tannic and flavorful finish that lasts. The balance of acidity and tannins allows this to evolve better than many over-ripe examples of red wine around the world. Really like this.

On the nose there's red cherry, wet steel, strawberry & mossy notes ~ On the palate it's medium bodied, round & warm with flavours of rhubarb, perfume, black liquorice & dry wood ~ Pretty simple but still enjoyable

Maybe our palette has evolved but seems flat and lacked the finish of previous bottles. Still solid though for price

Robe de teinte rouge violacé de faible intensité. Nez assez puissant aux subtils arômes de pivoine et de petits fruits rouges. Il évoque également de subtiles notes végétales. Démontrant une bonne acidité ce rouge est doté de tannins souples. Sa bouche plutôt mince s'estompe dans une finale assez persistante.

Impressed. meaty iron nose, good fruit and the tannins glide in. Enjoyable.

Good proper beaujolais, well made although straight forward.

Nice, simple Beaujolais.

Smells nice, like a cross between raspberry and red licorice. Sort of fresh but sweet as well. Sweet initially with tart plums taking over the finish, then tannin. The tart fruit is pretty and delicious but doesn't stick around long. A bit stemmy on the finish, acting somewhat abrasive. This is simple and nice.

Aromas of plum, gravel, violet petals, and black cherries. Lots of cherry, cranberry, and pepper, along with some slightly harsh stemmy flavors. Grippy acid, tapering finish. Simple and straightforward yet reeks of authenticity for the price.
