Taster #2116

Quite a deep gold colour. First day open this was really crisp with lots of green apple, super zingy and then a long nutty finish. Reallly perfect summer drinking manzanilla. It’s been open for three days now and taking on brown apple and creamy yeasty notes. Just a touch of oxidised now but holding together beautifully.

Green gold colour Breads nose, saline Crisp and salty, light body, quite straightforward and young tastes by initially but then a lovely great whack of almonds comes through on the nose. Good stuff and great value at £12 a bottle. Nice contrast to my usual manzanilla La Gitana.

For a manzanilla I found this slightly too dry, don't think I'll buy it again. It's not bad, but there are better manzanillas in the same price range.
