Behold, the mighty PST beast! Sourced from the Texas High Plains AVA, this rich blend of 66% Petite Sirah, and 34% Tempranillo explodes with rich cherries followed by some luscious raspberries. Add to that some blackberries for appeal and you have one mouth savoring wine. There is a touch of spice in there along with a very nice after feeling. Keep sipping and enjoying this incredibly smooth wine and rejoice that next big juicy meaty pairing. Cheers!
