Naked Wines 2025 Summer Roadshow (UK - Various Locations) : (Walkaround tasting) Deep garnet-red colour. The nose offers ripe blackberry, raspberry, with candied (Montmorency) cherry highlights and light savoury oak spices. The entry is juicy and fruit-forward—blackberry and raspberry jam framed by more morello cherry and with a touch of salinity and briny undertone. The sweetness borders on the almost artificial “cherry wine gums” that distracts whilst the tannins are sandy and soft, providing some structure but making for a …

Good PNP dinner wine. Basic California cab. Did not disappoint.

Delivers on the promised fruit flavor, but there's too much sugar on the palate for my taste.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. It smells like black pepper, chocolate and plum. It tastes like strawberry, cherry and black pepper. The body is medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. We really enjoyed this wine after dinner. It was nice and we really enjoyed.

Medium bodied, nose is a little off putting (not corked). Tannins have smoothed. More cola and strawberry vs. richer flavors

Red and blue berries on the nose. Nicely bright, with smooth medium body and good acidity. Agree with another note that this is more Zin than Cab. Maybe even more Syrah. Has an enjoyable smokiness. Very easy to drink.

Hints of oak. Finish is a bit lacking. Very basic. I recommend chilling the bottle more than normal for a cab. And let it air out before drinking.

Needs to breathe for an hour / decant, otherwise very berry-forward and tannic finish. The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, raspberry and black pepper. It tastes like raspberry, blackberry and tea. The body is light/medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

On the nose, tobacco, the smoldering remnants of a campfire, berries, pimiento. The palate is interesting; light bodied, very drinkable, with pronounced fruit, along with that smokiness, which lingers a bit. We like it. Our first bottle from Naked Wines; maybe not a bum steer after all!

From Naked Wines, this Cabernet Sauvignon comes in a medium-body style, with clear garnet color in the glass. Aroma of black currant, plum, and toasted wood; Flavors of dark fruit, plums, blackberry, and mild oak; well balanced, but not particularly expressive. Pleasant finish, but pretty short in duration.

Drinkable and pleasant. Strikes me as more of a Zinfandel than a Cabernet. Raspberries, vanilla, and spice on the nose. Palate has raspberries, cherries and herbs. Smooth soft velvet finish. Good value.

Nice flavor, I'm a white wine drinker and this was a pleasurable alternative.
