Tempranillo of a special clone known as the Elite Clone of the Hoyo Dornajo farm, from 25-year-old vineyards to 815-830 m of a soil with a high concentration of calcareous clays, with a frank-clay texture. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging for 14 months in French oak barrels and another 6 months in Nevers wooden cones.
