Friske men modne jordbær i næsen, lidt kælderfunk, lidt krydderi. Samme modne og syrefriske jordbær i munden, høj syre, medium tannin. Frisk, intens, lækker.

Rose petals and strawberries on the nose. On the right edge of jammy. Elevated by a slight grippiness on the end, and very drinkable. I hope to graduate to their pricier bottlings soon.

A quite fun, dark pink wine. Hit the spot in a hot pub garden, if lacking complexity or the bite the colour suggested. No real complaints though.

A great surprise! Lovely translucent pink-reddish in appearance. Nose draws a bit of spice, even more so of red berries, predominantly strawberries, some cherries. Palate is sharp, superb acidity, with taste as per nose, some herbs, Dryish, decent finish. Carignan Day 2021
