When let breathe for a couple of hours this is very expressive. Bouquet of macerated strawberries and cherries, perhaps some plum. The density is impressive and rewarding for the price paid (eg USD25). Now for the clincher - oh what flavour and texture. Pinotpalooza (Carriageworks, Redfern) : Wood glue, sweet spice, red currant. On the palate it's slightly sour and bitter with spiced, tight, tannins. Nah
