Generally love this bottle but this one was a bit thin / off

Agreed with below comment. Cracking little trend number. Slightly jura style, good minimality. Still fresh, Great food wine, could go another 2 yrs to get real texture.

Slightly reductive. Slight spritz at first which dissipated with air. Nice citrus - lime, slight peach, nice floral, stone, slight orange. Good acidity. Bright. Lingering finish. Really enjoyable.

Interesting for sure reductive nose, with orange rinde, hints of citrus and a wet stone mineral note, slight spritz feel to the palate at the start that dissipates with a bit of air, bright acidity and medium finish
