Slo-oxed for 10 minutes, but a bit more air time will help. A medium to dark garnet color. There was just a touch of funk on the nose which blew off to reveal some red fruits (mostly cherry). These carried over to the medium bodied palate, along with some earth and minerality. The acidity is relatively balancing, and any tannins are resolved. Could hold for another couple of years.

Nose: foxy, reminds me of the zoo; yeasty, bready Palate: high acid, refreshing, pleasant Finish: iron

Qualified "like". Bought at gas station while traveling on business for a barely double digit price. With fast food hamburger and fries Smooth and tasty and mid weight. But was expecting a bit more brightness and acidity. So gulped it down and very satisfied. Perfect for cocktail party or reception....

Screwcap. Pop n pour. Now almost 2h after opening. Aromas of just ripe cherries w unripe plums, and a bit of herbs. Palate w plums, red cherries, herbs, and a bit of vanilla. Nice acids w medium tannins on midpalate. Medium body. Nice moderate finish accented with a bit of vanilla. Nothing complicated but a solid every day drinker w pizza. Can't complain about the price either ($14). 86+
