drank on second day when bottle was half empty. med ruby, seems to be filtered. I am thinking dark cherry, plum, black pepper, cacao. I am also picking up some leather and meat underneath it all. Palate shows more red than dark fruit. Spice is definitely there and more prominent on palate. I pick up greenness, like dried herbs. pleasant acidity of m+, m- body (along with med hue, great concentration), I wished for pleasant flavors to be more lengthy. …
