Bodegas del Palacio de Fefiñanes Albariño 1583

Aged five months in French and American Oak. Crisp and clear golden in color. Creamy rich nose with fresh fruit, peach and lime. High acidty but a bit hollow. Nice flavors of lime, and some honey dew melon. really impressed by the use of oak. It gives the wine a creaminess without the loss of fruit for wood flavors. 3/5
