Dinner at IT-SPD-JWL. Tasted blind. Drank in Grassl Cru. Not much impression other than it being clearly light skinned, slightly natural moussy funk, pretty red fruits with light earth minerals and spiciness. Some Sinalco and cherry cola scents. Slight fizzy feel on palate. Low tannins but doesn't feel like a Pinot Noir. Sour tang and sappy stems. Hard to guess or place. New age type of wine. 13% alc. Fresh, floral, slightly carbonic, medium+ acidity, slightly mousey on the finish. I would say this is a delicious glou-glou wine to drink chilled with or without food, but not a super cerebral wine. One to enjoy with friends on a summer day.
