CUJ Malvazija Istarska

Winery public tasting. Very pale yellow with medium legs. Mild apple and citrus aroma, only a bit mineral, mostly fruity, just like in the flavor. Sweetish, lightly acidic, very well balanced. Medium bodied, somewhat sparkling on the palate, long, pleasant fruity and slightly warming finish. Summer was extremely hot so it surely developed more alcohol. Very nice, drinkable, juicy, but still unmistakably malvazija. Still young of course (just bottled) but I believe it has potential even for light aging, which …
