Slightly sweet (a bit fizzy?), clear and distinct, pear (grey), long finnish. Good wine, perfect match with scallop!

A very grassy, highly aromatic nose, followed by a rather fat mouthfeel (alcohol, fruit sugar?) that is more neutral in flavor - quite nice actually. Finish is slightly bitter as in chewing on (black currant) leaves and falls apart at the end. Serve chilled. I have tried steel tanked Solaris based Swedish wines before and this fits the description rather well. A good effort from the Swedes! Hats off, or perhaps, Climate change indicator?

Popped and poured at fridge temp. Sweden is the most northern EU country that can call fermented grape juice wine (IIRC), and this wine shows why (the only country in EU that can't call such juice wine is Finland!). Perfectly drinkable, notes of grass and pears, very light on the palate and the nose. But rather lacking in depth. Reminds me of uncle Vlad's wines down in Croatia, i.e. home made feel to it. But nice effort in any case! …
