After a bit of air a nose of nuts and lime, on the palate vibrant acidity and some lemons. Enjoyed this quite a lot, the acidity is sharp as a razor but not over the top. Paired beautifully with cedar plank salmon. This seems to be a relatively unknown producer. Recommended.
