92/93. A new sparkling Rose made by Bollinger in the Loire. 12.5%: Around 15 pounds is excellent value.

Hinten raus etwas zu bitter für meine Geschmack. Und zuviel Restzucker. Ansonsten frisch und fruchtig. Aber nicht mein piece of cake.

Lovely Cremant from Loire. Light pink-salmon in color with mild aromas of green apples and apricots. Very effervescent. On the palate, fruit flavors mirroring the wine’s aromas with good acidic balance. Very pleasant fresh finish.

Wonderful complexity; yeasty with balanced sweetness and acidity. Croissant with strawberry preserves

Perfectly acceptable, light, and not much flavor intensity or complexity. A little phenolic texture on the finish, which I enjoyed.

Nice, dry, poundable, but with time acquired some almost warm hay aromas that were out of place.

Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir Light body, pale pink color. Elegant red and tropical fruits aroma. Restorative and refreshing palate following by crisp, dry and bubbly finish of lovely acidity. Enjoyable with Mediterranean salads and salty chesses. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Drink now.

Very easygoing, no complexity, slightly sweet touch (not surprising with the dosage of 14 gr/l). Blend of 60% cabernet franc and 40% pinot noir, aged on the lees in the bottle for 18 months. Medium intense aromas of sweet strawberry, ripe peach, red grapefruit, green melon, wet iron. about an hr slow-ox, that palate possesses more weight and body than expected nearly compelling speaks to the region,a cup of loire... it's quite dry almost red wine mouthfeel,okay some earth on the nose now...sooo I had to finish the glass.. then it hit me.... damn that's good juice...it's so fresh, clean, savory,this strawberry cocktail yeasty thing,soft yet briny...lacks complexity if you wanna hear the critic in me, the dosage subtle...

Excellent. Creamy on the palate the mousse is so fine. Nicely balanced fruit, minerals, acid. Finishes with a pleasant touch of cassis berries.

Un très bon mousseux, droit et bien sec. Meilleur que plusieurs Champagnes à deux fois le prix. Sans numéro de lot sur l'étiquette, mais acheté en juillet 2018.

Was 100% Cab Franc, but now 70% Cab Franc and 30% Pinot Noir. 12 hour maceration. Very elegant style sparkling rose.

Beaucoup de petites bulles. Nez aux fruits rouges, framboises. Fruité et frais. Le Rosé irait pour moi, mieux avec des amuse-bouches ou avec gâteau, le blanc mieux lors d'un repas.

The kind of depth and concentration to earn a 89. The active little bubbles help enhance the penetration of the commendable graphite, minerals and strawberry on the palate. These flavors just keep coming. The color is more salmon than pink. So balanced that no flavor characteristic dominates, they all work together. Lingering strawberry finish.

Appealing bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, citrus spritz, and minerals. Lush and substantive, a touch meaty, great acid, mouth-puckering finish.
