Tasty ripe red cherry, berry, spice, and hint of floral notes on the nose and balanced palate with refreshing acidity on the moderate finish.

Bright red, muted nose with a hint of cinnamon, medium-bodied, rich on the palate, enough acidity and balance to keep things interesting. Worth chewing (yes, I like to chew on wine to see what the mouthfeel is like), with a slightly tannic finish. Perhaps we drank this too soon?

PnP. Medium light red. Red fruit - strawberry, rhubarb on the nose. Nice spice and intensity to go with the fruit on the palate. Not great depth and on the lighter side of LIttorai, which is vintage driven, I think. The balance is spot on and overall very nice and will improve I think.

A weekend in Sonoma, Act I-Littorai, Copain, Red Car (Sonoma County, California, USA) : Nose: The nose is coiled up a little bit but there is still an expressive side with herbal spices, sour red cherries, raspberries, fresh picked red berries, violets, vanilla, peppery notes, earth, and savory tones. While the nose is slightly reticent and takes a few goes to get it all, there is good depth as well. Taste: The feel is medium bodied with crisp, medium+ acidity …

very inviting already - light/med relative to other littorai, open from the get-go. I think the 2017s are going to be enjoyable young across-the-board. the acid/fruit balance in these wines is just perfect. Night two: worth noting that this has more black-pepper-spice than many Littorai - it’s wild!

Tasted at Littorai with Wendling and Haven. Beautiful nose, lighter body. Tannins still tight.

Eye: Deep ruby Nose: wild strawberry, cherry and some underlying earth Palate: cherry, cranberry fruits some wood and stem influence with medium acidity and a medium finish. Overall this was pretty but light weight, soft tannins and accessible. Correct and nice to drink today but I’ve seen better from Ted’s home estate.

Tart cherry, strawberry, cola. Balanced tannins with good acidity making fresh and medium bodied. Impressed with Littorai.

Wonderful aromas of cherry, raspberry and cranberry, the palate was fully fruit-driven with lush, full and slightly creamy red fruits, great acidity and smooth tannins finish this home ranch estate with a direct and long finish.

Gorgeous aromas of rose petal, fresh cherry, alpine strawberry, Rome apple, orange peel. This shows lovely density and palate authority with chewy, dominant tannins, lots of acidity and a mouthwatering finish. Yet at the same time this is a very understated, elegant wine. Violets on a rainy day. (Winery Notes)
