Light yellow. Gun flint, apple. Nicely concentrated and balanced to the mouth-watering side, as I expect with this appellation. Tasty and finishes a little short.

Light gold, mineral nose yet rounded on the palate, medium-bodied and a finish that coats the mouth with liquid gold. Wow. This will be hard to resist.
