Light cherry fruit with a really pleasing texture - almost like cherry in a cloud. I know that doesn't make a lot of sense, but this is a wine which does not have a laser-like focus and precision, rather a feel of gentleness, caressing the palate. I love it and am in no rush to drink the remaining 5 bottles which I suspect will continue to improve.

Color dark ruby red, some purple. Nose spicy and first impression of dark berries. Savory cherries and red berries on the palate. Well textured, already integrated tannins. Ending with a little hint of sweetness. Regained elegance after some more opulent vintages. Already very nice to drink but with aging potential. I will be happy to drink it again in the next few years.
