Textbook Chablis, and a really good picture of the vintage. Not sure about the vineyard but had adequate 1er structure. Crisp, briny, well fruited, very well balanced. Drink now or in the shorter term. Diam 5

Again, crisp acidity, nice citrus fruit, a little oak and a medium finish. A good QPR. But, time to enjoy before they decline.

Crisp acidity, nice citrus fruit, good minerality and a medium finish. What’s not to like? While this wine has held up very well, I would not wait to enjoy your remaining bottles.

Same notes as my most recent bottles. Still very nice, but time to drink these up soon.

Same notes as my last bottle. However, I do feel that the fruit is starting to fade a bit.

Nice Chablis with good citrus, chalk, minerality, and acidity to tingle the palate.

Last bottle and it came back with a vengeance. Very good and as my other reviews, this one also needs to be served very cool. It’s such a huge drinking Chablis. Huge in depth and intensity of flavors. I might be be heretic but I would compare it to a good puligny Montrachet. Chill and drink up!!

This wine continues to develop nicely. I like the lemon and lemon curd flavors, the creamy texture, and the chiseled minerality. The combination of the fruit and acidity makes for a mouthwatering finish that brings you back for another sip.

Had my last bottle a year ago, the bottle I had today was not drinking as good as I remembered the last one was.

Really terrific Chablis, with complexity, finesse and long finish. Particularly good in 2014. This can last and will continue to develop for several years. Should not be served too cold, to fully appreciate.

Very similar notes to my last bottle of this wine. It has lovely stone fruit, great minerality and lemon curd. Nice acidity too. It does have a creamy finish and a full mouthfeel. It takes about an hour to open up.

Delicious wine, perfect compliment for our Dover sole dish, classic chablis drinking well, citrus, great minerality, and long finish

Took out of wine cellar without cooling further - which I should have. Still one of the best 57 degree Chablis I've had. Nose; white peach, pineapple, meyer lemon, ripe grape fruit, marzipan, ocean, green cut pear, green ripe cut apple. All of the nose is mirrored while drinking. Of course less sweet than the nose and sightly more bitter, lemon, orange peel. I bet if chilled properly it would be more precise, crisp. It is pretty big full, rich …

The nose on this Chablis reminds of orchard fruits. On the palate, it has lovely stone fruit, great minerality and lemon curd. Nice acidity too. It does have a creamy finish and a full mouthfeel.

From 30-year-old vines, this Premier Cru Chablis flaunts classic chalky minerality with lemon zest, pear and white peach accents. Light-bodied, freshly acidic and without any alcoholic heat (12.5%), it has good depth on the mid-palate. Only a minority percentage of this wine sees oak (all neutral) during vinification. As such, there is no detectable oak on the nose or palate. Its crisp, mineral-laden character persists all the way through the lengthy finish. This is an outstanding Kermit Lynch selection that …

Straw colored. Green apple and faint saltwater on nose. Stony on the palate with the citruis fruit lingering in the background. Well balanced. One of my favorite "every day" Chablis. I much prefer this bottling to les truffieres.
