Strong dark colour. Cassis and crushed ant (in a good way), white pepper and a light dusting of vanilla suga on the nose. Lovely structured complex blackberry, plum and cherry. Full spectrum of fruit. Some liquorice and charred oak on the finish. Classic Barossa Cabernet blend.
