By far the best summer sake of the line-up. This had wonderful aromas of tons of various fruits including Papaya, honeydew, peach, cooked pear, mango, Tang, powdered sugar, lime, melon, raspberry, watermelon, grape, fuji apple (to quote True Sake). Great balance of complex fresh summer basket flavors, minerality, clean umami, super silky, just all around imporessive. Summer sake tasting 2025.
