Christmas drinks with WSET Guys (Fred's, 1 Alfred Street, Sydney) : Green peppercorn, slightly jammy black fruit - especially plums and a slightly strange hard, green note. In the mouth it's stalky, juicy, spicy and quite warmth with drying but fine tannins. A red fruit element persists on the finish which is slightly confected. Hmm.
