Wine Spectator has way overrated this wine. Very strong mineral/alcohol aroma upon opening out of wine fridge. A bit harsh on the palate; nowhere near as good as say a Dr. Loosen Riesling for similar price. Wine got better as bottle warmed toward room temperature. No better than "average".
