Villa Maria Pinot Gris Cellar Selection

It is juicy and bursting with fruit, with a retained freshness & a likeable off-dry style bound to please most casual wine drinkers. The main problem is the excuberant pear, compoted fruit that gets to be too much for me. I don‘t like more than a glass or so before I feel full of fruit. Serving with foods rich in umami & salt can probably help remdiate this :-)
