Berti Stefano Sangiovese di Romagna Riserva Calisto

It was a bit on the rustic side just after popping the cork, but in the next hour of so it showed a beautiful evolution. In the nose it is very rich, fresh and elegant with wonderful floral impressions, herbs, mint and menthol. In the mouth you get the dark side of Sangiovese but still it remains very juicy with perfectly balanced acids. Excellent QPR!!!
