A private dinner (Restaurant Slagerij De Beurs, Amsterdam, NL) : Third vintage. From the Côte Châtillon. Approximately 2,500 bottles produced. Flowers and apricot, creamy texture, lighter body than its 14% ABV would suggest, relatively light but pure flavours, lovely freshness, attractive bitters, aniseed finish.
