Pours very light, almost clear white. Smells like ripe peaches. Very low acid on the palate. A bit too ripe and a little flabby, but the nose is very attractive. Extremely dry and fruit is missing on the palate somehow.

Attractive dry South Tyrolean Sauvignon Blanc (100 percent) sourced from the morainal slopes around the hamlet of Eppan-Berg (located about eight kilometers south-west of the city of Bozen). Half of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and the other half in large oak casks, followed by a maturation on the fine lees (separately) for six months.
