Coiled Wines Black Mamba

Dark, chewy with black cherry, blackberry. Sweet at the core with brambly acid. Juicy and fruit forward with a tight, tart finish. Good weight and depth. A big wine, mouth filling.

Big fruity black raspberry jam, clean flavor and finish. A light dusting of fresh ground peppercorn. There is a nice airy bloom of minerality that reminds me of a young red from the Spainish DO Navarra. It's structured, and open. On a sand paper scale, the tannins, peppercorn, and structure rate between 350-700, depending on air time and temperature.
