Armand Heitz Beaujolais Nouveau

Pale purple colour. Medium and youthful nose with red cherry, black cherry, violet and rose petal. Medium taste of red cherry, black cherry and black raspberry. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Light tannins. Medium body. A very good Beaujolais Nouveau with good juiciness. Needed 30 min to open. Drink now or over the next year. Goes well with duck, pork or veal.
