McGregor Vineyards Seyval Blanc Emery Vineyards

I opened this one to add to a recipe and once the wine in open you might as well have a glass right? The rest will keep for a few days. This was light and crisp, with a lot of acid. Taste and smell both reminded me a limes. Pair with anything that has lemon or lime accents and you will do fine.
