On the nose there's bright grapefruit, tomato bush & apricots ~ The palate is light bodied & crisp with flavors of peach, lemon & grassy notes ~ 100% Sauvignon Blanc, crisp & refreshing, a little less obvious than a New Zealand offering but enjoyable enough

Pale, slightly green, watery color. Cool and a bit restrained nose with light aromas of fruit candy and jammy whitecurrants. The palate is unlike the nose with very crisp, intense and sleek flavors of ripe tropical fruits, honey, stony minerality, grass and some green herbal notes. High acidity, medium body, good balance.
