all the Diel; 7/7/2024-7/17/2024 (in Detroit) : Pinot Noir. 12.5% abv. AP 06. EYE: a shimmer of gas pearls inside the pour. Color is pale, showing orange with acidity and still a degree of green vigor. NOSE: pleasant cake frosting vibe leads to shaded quarry, sliced melon, and salted lemon/orange filet.
