Sadly the cork in this 3L had gone soft. As of four hours after pushing the cork through, the wine behind the cork was toast. :( Addendum: 9 hours later because I couldn’t bear to pour 3 L of wine down the drain, we came back to it and tried it. It turned out great. Not a world changer, but a very solid cab. The entire bottle is now empty. Solid Oakville profile: dark fruit, dirt, and smiles all around.

Snuggles up to mediocre. Hint of cinnamon on the nose, light bodied, low level of fruit, dies on the palate. If smooth is your thing you might get some zing from this wine.

Nose: Bright, stewed fruit Overall: fruit forward, stewed berry, bright and finishes smooth! Even though Cellar Tracker said it is beyond peak, it is delicious and good value if $53 is current market value.

Nice wine. Very fruit foreward and also somewhat oaky. Better than a regular Caymus cab but similar styles. You will never mistake this wine for a premium cabernet but also does not taste like so many $40-50 Napa cabs out there. I liked it and everyone in the group liked it as well. It landed in the middle of the pack in the tasting with other wines

Only 10 barrels of this stuff made. Nice cab but lacking the heavy mountain fruit I prefer. Stayed excellent even two days open.

Needs a decant, give it some time in a glass as well. Ruby red, muted nose and overall underwhelming, though nice aroma. 2nd day was was much better, really fantastic if you can wait that long!

Very big wine with a lot of oak...reminds me of the Caymus 40th Anniversry bottling...not my favorite style. No rating at this time - hoping the oak becomes less pronounced.
