Cor rubi, limpo. Aroma frutas vermelhas, morango, cereja, especiaria, pimenta vermelha. Em boca boa acidez que equilibra o álcool, tanino macio. Boa persistência.

Love this under $20. Layers of flavor. Raspberry, cherry & vanilla with subtle spicy notes. Tastes a bit more Cali than OR to me.

Medium ruby color with a somewhat light nose. Medium berry flavor with light acidity and a light finish. A clean and balanced pinot but found it too be too light for lamb chops.

Had several years ago and likes. This bottle continued that. A light ruby color filled the glass. Balanced and light well worth the cost as a dinner wine.

Vanilla and licorice on the nose, obvious new oak use. Red fruit on the palette but fairly restrained with some cola. Medium tannins and pushing medium plus acidity. Middle-of-the-road pinot noir.

This bottle seemed a bit out of balance; more so than previous bottles.

Has some sweetness like actual sugar to go with sugar plum and a little tartness

See my previous tasting note from April 2017. Not a life-changing wine, but is pretty damn drinkable.

Pleasant. Still drinking ok, but fading. Showing better than the '13 now.

Tart cherries and apples on the nose. Hints of baking spices. The combination of fruit and spice comes across as an essence of cherry cola. Nice balance and medium acidity. Fairly hearty for an Oregon PN, though consistent with the vintage. I think the winemaker could have been a little more judicious in their use of oak. Overall this is a nice wine that would be a definite crowd pleaser.

Unpretentious, yet classic Oregon Pinot. Balanced and earthy, with subtle red berries and a bit of cocoa on the nose and palate. Great QPR. Don't sit on this one. Drink now.

Fantastic, classic old world style PN. Very light in color, but great nose and palate.

Cherries, toast and coffee on the nose. Lively and fresh. Mid-weight with a toasty finish. 3/5

See my note on the 2013 Acrobat on the same date. This wine is similar in style to the 2013, but a little bit more reserved. A little more fruit than the 2013, but similar flavor profile.

This has a pretty nice structure but that structure does not contain very much. Quite acidic - fine, but lacks the fruit to carry it. The tannins are a little coarse, too. May be better after settling down for a year, but too uninteresting to be worth the wait. Would try again, but wouldn't buy.

More acid than a typical Oregon Pinot with a straight-forward taste and no discernible finish.
