A private dinner (Restaurant Dorfstube, Hotel Bareiss, Baiersbronn, Germany) : Wonderful nose of Fabbri amarena cherries, harmonious and without even a hint of alcohol; the palate is juicy and rounded, with attractive yeasty drive and alcoholic kick; lovely finish of sweet cherries.
