Great wine! Terrific balance and acidity. Appearance - clear, medium straw. Nose - fyi - open from wine fridge then put on ice. Better really cold. Not bad but better crisp and refreshingly cold. Clean, youthful, apple, medium. Sweet over sour. Ripe m Palate - the acidity is the standout here. Medium, balanced, everything else. Clean and crisp wine that could pair exceptionally well with shellfish, or any other light summer meal. Great aperitif. Summer wine. Dare I say perfecto? …
