Dirupi, Valtellina Superiore

A beautiful cool climate Nebbiolo with balsamic aromas, some rose petals, and medium to full body structure. Very elegant, really more on the finesse spectrum, tannins are medium to low, not really noticeable for Nebbiolo standards which make this wine really smooth, and a good acidity. 14% Alc. Fresh red cherries, ripe red cassis, cranberries, dried herbs, bit of forest floor, liquorice. Give it time or open at least an hour prior. Lovely.
