Ooh. Pears and pear skin, gently spiced, juicy. More of the same on the palate fruit is a little muted but more structure. Okay.

6 months on the lees and then also a longer maceration. On limestone and clay so richness and fattness from the soil type. And that is the case. Big and fat Pinot Grigio. The Ramato style. Lots of green apple skin, rich and intense but with good acidity. Again, I am being told they want very clean wine. And here it is. Not the longest of finishes but I bet it will ease in.
