(15/20) Blind tasted. Petillant! Bit hazy, unfiltered which could explain the petille. Elegant wine, energetic, very appley. Not sure what this is. Pinot Blanc? Nope, natural wine from 50-year-old Chardonnay vines in the Alsace. Medium intense aromas of yellow apple, pear, white grapefruit, lemon, white blossom, biscuit, white pepper, wet stone, flint.
